WHAT IS OUR RESCHEDULING POLICY?In the event of inclement weather conditions, it may be necessary for the event to be moved. The client must contact us at least 6 hours prior to the start time of the event if a determination is made to move the event to another venue. We will make every effort possible to replicate the agreed upon products and services in the new venue or a later date .we cannot be held responsible for power outages.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An event and/or order may be cancelled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the contract. 50% deposit of the catered food is due to confirm an event Specialty food items are non-refundable Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50% of the catered food is non refundable 5to 7 Days prior to event, 75% of the catered food is non-refundable Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non refundable 1 to 2 Days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses: Additional Expenses: labor , loss of use may be extra. Deposit 50% will be credited toward the new date. If new date is cancelled the amount paid is forbidden.

HOW LONG IS YOUR SET UP TIME?For set up I would need 2-3 hours in advance before event start time to set up . You are responsible for supplying all plates , cups , napkins, spoons & folks Please make sure the event is clear of guest & children this holds up time of set up and to prevent any accidents .

WHAT IS OUR ALCOHOL REFUSAL POLICY?Mable & Lucille ‘s requires staff members to refuse service of alcohol to minors and to refuse service to any guest that, in the judgment of any staff member, appears intoxicated. Open communication between you and our service staff will help ensure the safe and responsible consumption of alcohol.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING FEE?A booking fee of $250 is due at time of contract signing to guarantee a hold on the date for your function. The final payment is due 10 days in advance of your event with your final count. The final payment is subject to revision if changes are made to the contract. If any additional expenses are incurred during your event, you will be billed after your event(s) and have 5 days to make final payment.
