Executive Chef Denesha "Poochie" Hutchinson brings years of experience as a food instructor, cookbook author, and caterer. Inspired by her grandmothers, Mable and Lucille, she learned that great food is about more than recipes. It's about bringing people together.

Chef Poochie is known throughout Memphis and surrounding areas for her tasty Southern meals, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. She is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while sharing her knowledge with others and is committed to delivering quality and care in everything she does.
