Service Description
Our hands-on catering class is designed for aspiring caterers and food entrepreneurs who want to build their skills and knowledge. While this class provides a strong foundation, success in the catering industry comes through continued learning, practice, and real-world experience. --- What You Will Learn: You'll learn catering fundamentals, including menu planning, client consultations, pricing, contracts, event preparation, scheduling, marketing, and business operations. --- Registration & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of online registration to reserve your class. Classes are available for individual participants or couples. --- Cancellations & Rescheduling: All class registrations are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class one (1) time if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class. escheduled classes are subject to availability. No-shows will automatically forfeit all payments.
